9. Material Contracts
During the FY2015, there were no material contracts (not being contracts entered into in the ordinary course of business)
entered into by the Company and its subsidiaries involving Directors’ and major shareholders’ interests.
10. Revaluation of Landed Properties
The Company does not have a revaluation policy on landed properties. However, fair value accounting is applied for certain
properties classified under the Group’s Investment Properties.
11. Employee Share Scheme
There were no employee share scheme implemented or in operation during the FY2015.
