The Board of Directors of Bonia Corporation Berhad ("the Company" or "Bonia") has received notifications dated 20 January 2006 from Mr Chiang Sang Sem, Group Executive Chairman, Mr Chiang Sang Bon, Executive Director, Mr Chong Chin Look, Group Finance Director, Mr Chiang Fong Tat, Executive Director and Mr Chiang Fong Yee, Alternate Director to Mr Chiang Sang Sem respectively of their intention to deal in Bonia's securities. The Company is now in the closed period for dealing in Bonia's securities pending the announcement of the 2nd quarter financial results ended 31 December 2005 which is due by end of February 2006.
