The Board of Directors of Bonia is pleased to announce that the Company is compliance with the public shareholding spread under Paragraph 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad which prescribes that a listed issuer must have at least 25% of its listed shares in the hands of a minimum of 1,000 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each.
