Kindly be advised that the abovementioned Company’s additional:-
(i) 552,616 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each arising from the aforesaid Exercise; and
(ii) 195,000 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued pursuant to the aforesaid Scheme
will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 12 December 2006.
