1. Adjustments to the exercise price and number of Warrants 2005/2008 ("Warrants") issued in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 8 March 2005 ("Deed Poll") and supplemental deed poll dated 4 April 2007 ("Supplemental Deed Poll"), pursuant to the bonus issue of up to 33,617,250 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Bonia Corporation Berhad ("Bonia") to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) new ordinary share of RM1.00 each for every two (2) existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in Bonia ("Bonus Issue").
2. Adjustments to the exercise price and number of Warrants 2005/2008 ("Warrants") issued in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 8 March 2005 ("Deed Poll") and supplemental deed poll dated 4 April 2007 ("Supplemental Deed Poll"), pursuant to the share split into two (2) new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Bonia Corporation Berhad ("Bonia") for every one (1) ordinary share of RM1.00 each held in Bonia ("Share Split") after the bonus issue of up to 33,617,250 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Bonia to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) new ordinary share of RM1.00 each for every two (2) existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in Bonia.
Kindly be advised of the following :
1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - All" ]
as from : [ 18 April 2007 ]
2) The last date of lodgement : [ 20 April 2007 ]
3) Retention Money : Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned :-
a) Selling Broker to deduct [ 1/3 ] , of the Selling Price against the Selling Client.
b) Buying Broker to deduct [ 33.33% ] of the Purchase Price against the Buying Client.
c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of [ 1/3 ] of the Transacted Price is applicable.
