Bonia Corporation Berhad ("Bonia" or "Company") wishes to announce that notifications have been received from the following Executive Directors of the Company, Bonia Holdings Sdn Bhd ("BHSB") and Kontrak Kosmomaz Sdn Bhd ("KKSB") respectively of their/its intention to deal in Bonia's shares during the closed period pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pending announcement of the fourth quarter financial results ended 30 June 2007 which is due by end of August 2007.
