Bonia Corporation Berhad ("Bonia" or "Company") wishes to announce that notifications have been received from the following Directors of the Company, Bonia Holdings Sdn Bhd ("BHSB"), Kontrak Kosmomaz Sdn Bhd ("KKSB") and SGP Investment Pte Ltd ("SGPI") respectively of their intentions to deal in Bonia's shares during the closed period pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pending announcement of the 3rd quarter financial results ended 31 March 2008 which is due by end of May 2008.
The list of shareholdings of the Directors, BHSB, KKSB and SGPI in Bonia as at 28 April 2008 is attached below herewith.
