Bonia Corporation Berhad ("Bonia" or "Company") wishes to announce that notifications have been received from the Directors of the Company, Bonia Holdings Sdn Bhd ("BHSB"), Kontrak Kosmomaz Sdn Bhd ("KKSB") and SGP Investment Pte Ltd ("SGPI") respectively of their intentions to deal in Bonia's shares during the closed period pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pending announcement of the 4th quarter financial results ended 30 June 2008 which is due by end of August 2008.
Attached herewith is the list of shareholdings of the Directors, BHSB, KKSB and SGPI in Bonia as at 29 July 2008.
