The Board of Directors of Bonia Corporation Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the Eighteenth Annual General Meeting ("18th AGM")of the Company will be held at Parameswara Room, Level 2, Mines Wellness Hotel, Jalan Dulang, MINES Resort City, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Wednesday, 25 November 2009 at 12.00 noon. Attached herewith are the Notice of 18th AGM of which will be advertised in the press on 3 November 2009 and the Proxy Form.
