The Board of Directors of Bonia Corporation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 November 2009 incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company in Malaysia known as CRG INCORPORATED SDN BHD ("CRG").
The current authorised share capital of CRG is RM100,000.00 comprising 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which 2 ordinary shares had been issued and fully paid-up. The intended principal activity of CRG is that of investment holding.
The incorporation of CRG has no material effect on the earnings per share, net tangible assets per share, share capital and the substantial shareholdings of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2010.
None of the Directors and major shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or major shareholders of the Company and its subsidiaries have any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of CRG.
