Further to the announcement made on 25 June 2010 in respect of the new associated company in China namely Guangzhou Yong Yi Leather Fashions Co Ltd, the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the highest percentage ratio pursuant to paragraph 10.02 (g) of the Listing Requirements of the Bursa Securities is only 0.32% and therefore no shareholders’ approval is required.
