Please be advised that an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Company will be held at Langkawi Room, Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Resort, Jalan 3/155B, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur on Friday, 3 December 2010 at 12.00 noon or immediately after the conclusion or adjournment of the Annual General Meeting of Bonia, whichever is the later, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, to pass the ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of EGM as attached herewith.
