We refer to the announcements dated 25 February 2021, 31 May 2021, 22 July 2021 and 11 August 2021 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Proposed GO Exemption is not within the scope of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions and thus, is not a condition to the Proposals.
Save for the abovesaid update, there is no other changes in relation to the inter-conditionality of the Proposals.
