Further to the announcement made on 16 January 2012, the Board of Directors of Bonia Corporation Berhad wishes to announce that the Civil Suit filed in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur against Mr. Leong Tat Yan was withdrawn on 25 April 2012 with liberty to file afresh, as the Civil Suit could not be served on Mr. Leong Tat Yan despite many attempts. Apex Marble Sdn Bhd and Mcore Sdn Bhd will re-file the suit against Mr. Leong Tat Yan.
