The Board of Directors of Bonia (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 August 2012 received a supplemental notice of the unconditional take-over offer from AmInvestment Bank on behalf of the Joint Offerors (“Supplemental Notice”). A copy of the Supplemental Notice is attached herewith and will be posted to the shareholders of Bonia within seven (7) days of its receipt. This announcement is dated 29 Augsut 2012. |
