Further to the Company’s announcement dated 30 April 2015, Bonia wishes to inform that the voluntary liquidation of BIS has been completed and the relevant Italian Business Register issued by registroimprese.it (Italian Chamber of Commerce service) on 21 July 2016, was received by Daily Frontier Sdn Bhd on 2 August 2016.
