The Board of Directors of Bonia Corporation Berhad (“Bonia” or “Company”) wishes to announce that pursuant to Chapter 8.23(1) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided during the quarter ended 30 June 2016 to facilitate the ordinary course of business of the Company and the Group is tabulated below:-
