Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcement dated 21 June 2018 in relation to the Application for deregistration of an overseas indirect subsidiary - Kin Sheng Group Limited.

Further to the Company’s announcement dated 21 June 2018, Bonia wishes to inform that CRHK has published a final notice in the Hong Kong Government Gazette dated 26 October 2018 announcing the completion of the deregistration and dissolution of KSGL on 26 October 2018.
