We refer to the announcements made on 7 February 2018, 15 March 2018, 10 April 2018, 7 May 2018, 8 May 2018, 25 May 2018, 12 June 2018, 28 September 2018, 17 October 2018 and 18 October 2018 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”) and Bonia’s circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposed Listing dated 8 May 2018 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Dividend-In-Specie has been completed on 13 November 2018.

Cheques for the cash payment in lieu of CRG Shares to the Entitled Shareholders who hold less than 1 board lot of Bonia Shares have been despatched on even date and the Notice of Distribution to Entitled Shareholders (save for Entitled Shareholders who hold less than 1 board lot of Bonia Shares) will be despatched in due course.

Following the completion of the Dividend-In-Specie, CRG has ceased to be a subsidiary of Bonia.
