The Share Consolidation entails the consolidation of 4 Bonia Shares held on the Entitlement Date into 1 Consolidated Share. The actual number of Consolidated Shares and consolidated treasury shares after the Share Consolidation would depend on the total number of issued Bonia Shares and total number of treasury shares held by Bonia on the Entitlement Date. Fractional entitlements for the Bonia Shares arising from the Share Consolidation, if any, shall be disregarded and dealt with by the Board of Directors of the Company in such manner at its absolute discretion as it may deem fit or expedient and in the best interest of the Company. The date of listing of and quotation for the Consolidated Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad will be on 23 December 2019 ("Listing Date"), being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. A notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders for the Share Consolidation at the addresses set out in the Record of Depositors of the Company within 4 market days after the Listing Date.
