The Board of Directors of Bonia Corporation Berhad ("the Company" or "Bonia") has received notification dated 27 April 2006 from Mr Chiang Heng Kieng, Group Managing Director of his intention to deal in Bonia's securities. The Company is now in the closed period for dealing in Bonia's securities pending the announcement of the 3rd quarter financial results ended 31 March 2006 which is due by end of May 2006.
