Hwang-DBS Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as Hwang-DBS Securities Berhad), had on behalf of the Board of Directors of Bonia, submitted the application to the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for a waiver from Paragraph 6.26A of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the Proposed Bonus Issue on 2 February 2007.
