On behalf of the Board of Directors of Bonia, Hwang-DBS Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as Hwang-DBS Securities Berhad) (“Hwang-DBS”) is pleased to announce that Securities Commission had vide its letter dated 20 March 2007 (which was received on 21 March 2007) granted its approval for the Proposed Share Split and Proposed Transfer, subject to the condition that Bonia and Hwang-DBS should fully comply with all the relevant requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposals as stipulated in the Policies and Guidelines on Issue/Offer of Securities.
