Up to 7,803,542 additional Warrants will be issued to Warrantholders of Bonia ("Warrantholders"). The actual number of additional Warrants to be issued will depend on the number of outstanding Warrants on the Book Closure Date.
Warrantholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors for Warrantholders by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date shall be entitled to adjustments to the exercise price and number of warrants under the provisions of the Deed Poll (as amended by the Supplemental Deed Poll) constituting the said Warrants.
A notice to the Warrantholders on the adjustments made to the exercise price and number of warrants will be despatched to Warrantholders in due course. The date of listing and quotation of any additional new Warrants arising from the adjustments is on 23 April 2007.
We would like to advise Warrantholders who intend to exercise any of their Warrants and to qualify for the entitlement to the Bonus Issue to lodge their duly completed subscription forms together with the subscription monies in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll (as amended by the Supplemental Deed Poll), at the exercise price of RM1.00 for every one (1) new ordinary share of RM1.00 each in Bonia, to reach Bonia's share registrar, Bina Management (M) Sdn Bhd located at Lot 10, The Highway Centre, Jalan 51/205, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, by 5.00 p.m. on 13 April 2007. This is to allow sufficient time for Bonia's share registrar to allot and issue the shares arising from the exercise of the Warrants and for such Warrantholders to be registered in Bonia’s Record of Depositors for Shareholders on or before the Book Closure Date for the Bonus Issue. Failure to lodge such duly completed subscription forms together with the subscription monies by 5.00 p.m. on 13 April 2007 may result in such Warrantholders not being registered in Bonia’s Record of Depositors for Shareholders by the Book Closure Date. |
