Bonia Corporation Berhad ("Bonia" or "Company") wishes to announce that notifications have been received from the following Executive Directors of the Company, Bonia Holdings Sdn Bhd ("BHSB") and Kontrak Kosmomaz Sdn Bhd ("KKSB") respectively of their intentions to deal in Bonia's shares during the closed period pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pending announcement of the third quarter financial results ended 31 March 2007 which is due by end of May 2007.
