Bonia Corporation Berhad ("Bonia" or "Company") wishes to announce that notifications have been received from the following Directors of the Company, Bonia Holdings Sdn Bhd ("BHSB"), Kontrak Kosmomaz Sdn Bhd ("KKSB") and SGP Investment Pte Ltd ("SGPI") respectively of their intentions to deal in Bonia's shares during the closed period pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pending announcement of the 1st quarter financial results ended 30 September 2007 which is due by end of November 2007.
