The Board of Directors of Bonia Corporation Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company had on 11 January 2008 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, KIN SHENG GROUP LIMITED (“KSGL”) in Hong Kong with an authorised share capital of HKD10,000,000-00 comprising of 10,000,000 ordinary shares of HKD1.00 each, of which 1 share has been issued and fully paid-up. The intended principal activity of KSGL is investment holdings.
The incorporation of KSGL has no material effect on the earnings per share, net tangible assets per share, share capital and the substantial shareholdings of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2008.
None of the Directors and/or substantial shareholders and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of KSGL.
