In view of the challenges facing by the Company and its subsidiaries during the current Covid-19 pandemic as well as Phase 1 of the National Recovery Plan imposed by the Malaysian Government, and pursuant to the extension of time until 30 September 2021 for the issuance of quarterly report on consolidated results which is due by 31 August 2021 duly granted by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 16 June 2021 (“EOT”), Bonia Corporation Berhad (“Company”) wishes to inform that the Company may utilise the EOT and issue its QR June 2021 before 30 September 2021.
