This Announcement is dated 20 December 2010.
We refer to the announcements dated 9 September 2010 and 3 December 2010 (“Announcements”) and the Circular to Shareholders dated 18 November 2010 (“Circular”) in respect of the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Bonia, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (a member of the AmInvestment Bank Group) is pleased to announce that the Proposed Acquisition had been completed on 20 December 2010 and Jeco is now a subsidiary of Bonia. |
