Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this Announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company’s Announcements dated 21 June 2023 (Reference Number: GA1-20062023-00025) (“Announcement1”) and 23 June 2023 (Reference Number: GA1-23062023-00074) (“Announcement2”), respectively, in relation to the Disposal.

Further to the Announcement1 and Announcement2, the Board wishes to inform that the Disposal was completed on 01 September 2023 following: (i) Bonia’s receipt of the Balance Disposal Consideration of RM15,837,597.00 from RSSB, and (ii) the fulfilment of all the conditions precedent in the SSA by both Bonia and RSSB.
