The Board of Directors of Bonia Corporation Berhad (“Company”) wishes to inform that the Company will seek its shareholders’ approvals for the proposed renewal of shareholders’ mandate to enable Bonia Corporation Berhad to purchase up to 10% of its total number of issued shares at the forthcoming Thirty-Fourth Annual General Meeting.

A Circular to Shareholders containing information of the proposal will be issued by the Company in due course.
