Acquisition of properties by Luxury Parade Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bonia Corporation Berhad for a total consideration of RM44,286,749.00.

We refer to the Company's announcement dated 19 October 2011, in respect of the
aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa
Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-

The details of the development project including the name of the project, type
of development and total number of units for each type of development;
The basis to arrive at the purchase consideration other than willing-buyer
willing-seller basis, as well as further elaboration on the pricing of similar
project development in the surrounding area that was taken into consideration
in arriving at the purchase consideration;
The terms of tenure of the Property. If leasehold, the expiry date of the
lease;
The breakdown of the source of funding via internal generated funds and bank
borrowings respectively; and
Details of the development order including the expected commencement and
completion date of development.

the date hereof.

Further to our general announcement made on 19 October 2011, we are pleased to furnish herewith the following additional information:-

1.       The name of the project is Platinum Starhill Business Centre which will consists of 3 blocks of 6-storey office building, namely Block A, Block B and Block C on top of 3-storey car park.

2.       The basis of arriving at the purchase consideration of average RM450 per square feet for the properties after taking into consideration the pricing of similar project development in the surrounding as below:-

5.       We are not privy to the Developer’s development order and the details of it.  As mentioned in our earlier announcement, the Project is expected to commence its construction in November 2011 and to be completed by end of 2014.
