Further to the announcement made on 3 August 2011, Bonia Corporation Berhad wishes to announce that the Civil Suit filed in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur against Mr. Leong Tat Yan was withdrawn this morning with liberty to file afresh, as the Civil Suit could not be served on Mr. Leong Tat Yan despite many attempts. Apex Marble Sdn Bhd and Mcore Sdn Bhd will re-file the suit against Mr. Leong Tat Yan once his whereabouts are ascertained.
