The Board of Directors of Bonia Corporation Berhad (“Bonia” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 May 2012 diluted its equity interest from 100% to 58% in Paris RCG Sdn Bhd (“PRCG”) arising from the allotment of 2,500,000 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.
