We refer to our announcements dated 28 August 2012 and 29 August 2012 on the Notice of take-over offer and Supplemental Notice of take-over offer respectively by the Joint Offerors, namely Freeway Team Sdn Bhd, Chiang Sang Sem and Chiang Fong Yee through AmInvestment Bank Berhad to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Bonia not already held by the Joint Offerors and persons acting in concert with them for a cash consideration of RM2.04 per Offer Share. Bonia wishes to announce that Permodalan Nasional Berhad (“PNB”) had on 4 October 2012 disposed of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Bonia. A copy of the disclosure in dealing by PNB dated 8 October 2012 is attached herewith. This announcement is dated 8 October 2012.
