Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the previous announcements and the Company’s quarterly financial results since quarter ended 30 June 2011 in relation to the Civil Suit.

Following to the Company’s update on the Civil Suit in its 3Q financial results duly announced on 27 May 2013, the Board wishes to inform that the case was fixed for hearing on 8 July 2013 and the Court of Appeal had allowed the Defendant’s appeal with costs of RM10,000 and the Plaintiffs’ appeal was accordingly be struck out with no order as to costs.

The Board is in discussion with its legal advisers to determine the next course of action and further developments will be announced in due course.
