On behalf of the Board of Directors of Bonia, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the following applications have been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad today:- (i) additional listing application for the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue; and (ii) the application for the Proposed Share Split and the listing of the Subdivided Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Share Split.
