Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcement dated 04 January 2018 in relation to the Application for deregistration of an overseas indirect subsidiary - Kin Sheng International Trading Co Limited.

Further to the Company’s announcement dated 04 January 2018, Bonia wishes to inform that CRHK has published a final notice in the Hong Kong Government Gazette dated 04 May 2018 announcing the completion of the deregistration and dissolution of KSIT on 04 May 2018.
