Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcement dated 15 March 2018 in relation to the Dissolution of an overseas indirect subsidiary – CRG Viet Nam Company Limited.

We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 15 March 2018 and wish to clarify that, as at 12 January 2018 (being the date of submission of the application for dissolution of CRGVN to DPIH):

1.             CRGVN was a 99% owned-subsidiary company of CRG, which in turn was a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company; and

2.             the then shareholders and their shareholdings in CRGVN were as follows:

Note: *FHG Company Limited was a local Vietnamese company distributed goods under the brand name of “Carlo Rino” in Vietnam.
