Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcement dated 17 April 2018 in relation to the Striking off of an overseas subsidiary – Active Footwear Pte. Ltd.

Further to the Company’s announcement dated 17 April 2018, Bonia wishes to inform that the striking off of AFPL has been completed following the receipt of the final letter on striking off of AFPL dated 4 June 2018 from ACRA on 19 June 2018.
