Further to the Company’s announcement dated 02 October 2018, Bonia wishes to inform that Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia has published in its Corporate Portal – e-Search as at 17 September 2019 announcing the completion of the Members’ voluntary winding-up and dissolution of NSSB.
