In view of the challenges facing by the Company and its subsidiaries during the current Covid-19 pandemic as well as the Movement Control Order imposed by the Malaysian Government, and pursuant to the extension of time until 30 June 2020 for the issuance of quarterly report on consolidated results which are due by 31 May 2020 duly granted by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 16 April 2020 (“EOT”), Bonia Corporation Berhad (“Company”) wishes to inform that the Company has utilised the EOT and will issue its QR March 2020 before 30 June 2020.

Any material development on the matter will be announced accordingly.
