STATEMENT ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
Continuous Professional Development
Induction programmes will be conducted for all newly appointed Board members including, where appropriate, visits to the
Group’s business and meeting with the management to facilitate their understanding of the Group’s businesses and operations.
All the members of the Board have attended the Mandatory Accreditation Training Programme (MAP) conducted by Bursatra Sdn
Bhd. The Board will continue to assess their own training needs and undergo relevant training and development programmes to
enhance their skills and knowledge and to keep abreast with new developments in the business environment.
