The Directors recommended a single tier final dividend of 5% per ordinary share of RM0.25 each, amounting to RM10,078,593 in respect of
the financial year ended 30 June 2016. The aforesaid final dividend will be proposed for shareholders’ approval in the forthcoming Annual
General Meeting, and if approved, will be accounted for as an appropriation of retained earnings in the financial year ending 30 June 2017.
